About This Journal

The Palestinian Medical and Pharmaceutical Journal (PMPJ) is an open access peer-reviewed journal published by An-Najah National University's Deanship of Scientific Research. Our objective is to disseminate accessible, practical, and up-to-date medical and pharmaceutical information to healthcare professionals of different specialties, as well as to support research with obvious medical and pharmaceutical significance that increases knowledge locally and globally.

The PMPJ is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal published by An-Najah National University's Deanship of Scientific Research. We are committed to providing unrestricted access to high-quality medical and pharmaceutical research free of charge to both readers and authors. PMPJ does not impose any publication or submission fees, ensuring that scientific knowledge remains accessible to all without financial barriers.

Publishing Schedule

PMPJ publishes quarterly, releasing four issues annually in March, July, September, and December. Unless exceptional circumstances arise, the journal is committed to maintaining this regular publishing frequency.

Digital Archiving

PMPJ is preserved in CLOCKSS and Portico, the two leading preservation archives that guarantee persistent access for the very long term. Every article has its own Digital Object Identifier (DOI) from the CrossRef organization, providing a permanent and reliable link for citation, sharing, and discovery.
